Can family members use the program?
Anyone can use the publicly available version of our app. However, some key features are only available to people whose health insurance offers Pyx Health as a benefit. To see if you are eligible, please call the member services phone number on your health insurance card. Or you can call us at 1-855-499-4777.
Is there a fee to enroll in and use Pyx Health?
No. The app is available at no cost to anyone. The services of the Compassionate Support Center are available at no cost to users whose health insurance plan covers Pyx Health as a member benefit.
How do I sign up?
To get started, download the Pyx Health app or sign up by phone (toll-free 1-855-499-4777 option 1).

- Answer a few questions about stress, mood, anxiety, loneliness to help us understand your needs

How do I know if my health insurance plan offers Pyx Health?

Where can I find my health plan ID number?
Look on the front of your health insurance card. If you have trouble locating it, call us toll-free for help at 1-855-499-4777.
Do I need a smartphone?
You do not need a smartphone if your health insurance plan provides the program as a member benefit. We’ll support you over the phone to make sure you are seen and heard, and your needs are met.
You DO need a smart phone, tablet or PC to use the app, which is available for anyone to use, regardless of health plan coverage.
Will the app work on my version of smartphone?
Our app is specially designed for minimal data usage on all versions of Android and iOS phones.
What if I change or leave my health insurance plan?
That’s okay! You can continue using the Pyx Health program. Simply contact us to see if your new health insurance plan offers the Pyx Health benefit. If it doesn’t, we’ll move your account to our publicly available version.
Is there a limit on number of phone sessions or app use?
There is no limit on app use. If your health insurance plan provides Pyx Health as a member benefit, you can call the Compassionate Support Center toll-free as frequently as you want.
When are your support staff available?
Please call 1-855-499-4777 and press option 3 for current hours.

Is it safe?
All interactions with Pyx Health’s program, Compassionate Support Center staff, and app are private, confidential, and consistent with health plan policies.
Pyx Health is HIPAA compliant, HITRUST certified, safe, and secure.
What if I want to cancel?
You can stop using Pyx Health whenever you want and delete the app from your phone.
