These Mobile Messaging Terms & Conditions (“Mobile Terms”) govern your enrollment in and use of the Pyx Health text messaging program (the “Program”). By enrolling in the Program, you agree to these Mobile Terms. These Mobile Terms are in addition to, and incorporated by reference, the Pyx Health Platform Terms of Use and Platform Privacy Policy.

The Program is offered by Pyx Health, Inc. (“Pyx Health,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Program description
The Program sends informational, program-related text (SMS and MMS) messages to eligible members. These may include notices of program updates, food box deliveries, health plan offerings, other communications specific to enrollment, and related no-cost services. The Program is informational only and is not used for marketing or to sell any product or service.
How to opt in
You can enroll in the Program in either of the following ways:
- Text the keyword Pyx to 939613 or
- Provide your mobile number and agree to these Mobile Terms through the Pyx Health app, or with a Pyx Health representative.
By opting in, I authorize Pyx Health to deliver SMS/MMS messages using an automatic telephone dialing system, and I understand that I am not required to opt in as a condition of participation in Pyx Health’s Services.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with Pyx Health and your care-related events.
Message and data rates
Pyx Health does not charge for the Program; however, message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier. We are not responsible for any data transmission fees.
How to opt out (STOP)
You can cancel the Program at any time by replying
STOP to any Program message. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message and then stop sending Program messages. This opt-out will also apply to live phone calls but not email communications, which may continue in case we need to reach you.
