Who We Are
We meet people where health decisions are made
Mission
Health is shaped in invisible moments – far beyond the exam room. We help people overcome non-medical drivers of health so they can take action, close care gaps, and move their health forward. When people move forward, plans see measurable return across quality, utilization, and total cost.
Our story
Female-led and LGBTQI+ founded, Pyx Health entered the market in 2017 as the first proven solution for loneliness – born from our founders’ lived experience within their family. Moved by a mission to help others, our focus has always been on helping those that need it most. We have worked with nearly every national health insurance plan largely serving Medicaid, Medicare, DSNP, CHIP, and Exchange plan beneficiaries to improve access to quality care.
Our original mission to resolve loneliness quickly expanded. We built Pyx Health’s tech-enabled human intervention to reduce loneliness. Resolving other social determinants of health we uncovered through the power of human connection was a natural next step. After hearing from our members that food insecurity was often a common hurdle to care, we knew we had to broaden our scope yet again.
In 2025, we began integrating nutritional support into our proven human+tech care pathways to more deeply engage and inspire member action toward better health. Beyond simple engagement, the trust earned when meaningful connections are forged opens the door to the more powerful, results-oriented member activation that Pyx Health delivers today.
